About Hmong Colorado Radio (HCR)
Hmong Colorado Radio (HCR) was founded in February 2002. HCR is a local, not for profit, radio program, broadcast in the Hmong native language. We broadcast through the KGNU Community Radio Station on 88.5 FM in Boulder and 1390 AM in Denver. HCR is staffed by all volunteers and is not affiliated with any other medias or partner networks.
The VISION of HCR is to be a native language link between the Hmong community and the outside world.
The MISSION of HCR is to offer quality Hmong radio programming reaching all generations by providing relevant news, entertainment and by transmitting vital information to the Hmong community at the local and world-wide level through radio and internet access. .
